Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Office of the controller of examination had previously published the exam routine of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) for Grade 10 (Regular, exempted and grade increment).
The examination board had set to be started the exam from Chaitra 06, 2076 and will end on Chaitra 17, 2076.

But, due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the government had canceled the pre-scheduled exam routine of all the secondary examinations. The government has urgently decided to postpone the Secondary Education Exam (SEE) until further notice owing to the possible spread of coronavirus.
A meeting of the high-level government officials formed to prevent and contain the COVID-19 emergency took a decision to this effect earlier date.

Ministry of Education, Office of the controller of examination has announced the examination routine of School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exam 2076.
The Exam Schedule for the SEE Exam 2077 is distributed by the Secondary Education Board. The Exam will begin on Chaitra 3.
Above 4 Lakh 82 Thousand Candidates Attending the SEE Examination in 2077
Nearly about 482219 candidates will appear in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) starting on ….. 2077. According to the sEE examination board, there are 456329 regular (general) students and 9,509 students for technical.
Under the grade increment system, 16,242 students will appear for general and 139 students for technical. The maximum number of students will be 103667 from Bagmati Pradesh (3) and a minimum of 36,436 from Karnali Pradesh (6). Ram Raj Khakurel, the Examination Controller (Class 10) of the Examination Board explained it had already set up 1,995 centers for the SEE examination 2077
